Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Account Manager, located in Thrissur. The B2B Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with business clients, developing strategies to enhance client engagement, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Day-to-day tasks include client communication, negotiation, overseeing travel solutions, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
  • Strategic Planning and Business Development experience
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage projects
  • Proficiency with travel management software and CRM tools
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Thrissur
