Must Have :

7+ years of experience with Workday integrations, including Workday Studio, EIB, and Cloud Connect.

Strong understanding of REST / SOAP APIs and Workday Web Services.

Proficiency in XML, JSON, and data transformation / mapping.

Experience supporting Workday HCM, Payroll, and Time & Attendance modules.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.

Nice to Have :

Workday Integration certifications.

Experience with Agile project methodologies.

Familiarity with Workday Finance module.
