Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless mobile experiences.
  • Optimize applications for performance, usability, and reliability across a range of Android devices.
  • Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application stability.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Stay current with evolving Android technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, and suggest improvements to the existing codebase.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Android development using Java and / or Kotlin.
  • Strong understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack components, and mobile app architecture (MVVM / MVI / MVC).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries (e. g., Retrofit, Glide, Room).
  • Familiarity with mobile UI / UX design standards and Material Design guidelines.
  • Solid grasp of version control systems (Git) and CI / CD workflows.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
