Sharepoint Developer

Job Summary :

We are looking for experienced SharePoint Developers with a strong background in SharePoint Framework

(SPFx), SharePoint On-Prem, React JS, Node JS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Power Platform. The ideal

candidates should also have proven expertise in SharePoint On-Prem to SharePoint Online migrations.

They will be responsible for developing custom SharePoint solutions, building Power Apps and Power

Automate flows, modernizing legacy environments, and supporting complex migration activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy custom components using SPFx, JavaScript, and jQuery for SharePoint

Online (M365).

Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot legacy applications within SharePoint On-Prem (2013 / 2016 / 2019)

environments.

Lead or assist in migration efforts from SharePoint On-Prem to SharePoint Online, including content,

customizations, and site structures.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose scalable SharePoint-based

solutions.

Troubleshoot performance issues, manage site permissions, and optimize content structure.

Implement SharePoint governance, security, and compliance best practices.

Create detailed technical documentation for solutions, configurations, and deployment processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Hands-on experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development.

Deep knowledge of SharePoint On-Prem architecture and customization approaches.

Proficient in front-end technologies including React JS, Node JS, TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML,

and CSS.

Experience with migration tools such as PnP PowerShell, Sharegate, SPMT, etc.

Familiarity with SharePoint REST APIs, CSOM, and Microsoft Graph.

Exposure to Microsoft 365 tools, Microsoft Teams integrations, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power

Automate).

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
