Senior Executive | USA Service Business Development

The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in sales or operations, seeking a challenging opportunity to work 100% remotely and become a partner with equity in a newly created business.

As a strong leader, communicator, and team motivator, you will be responsible for the sales or operations of a new USA service business. Your key objectives will include :

• Holding direct clients and opportunities in the US
• Owning the sales / growth process and P&L, business objectives, and targets
• Identifying higher margin opportunities and helping the business pivot
• Independently planning, executing, and building teams to deliver and partner with businesses

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication, client management, team management, negotiation, and attitudinal skills. A Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus.
