We’re hiring a Head – Service & After-Sales Operations to lead end-to-end service strategy for EV powertrain systems supporting OEM customers.
This role will drive global service excellence across warranty management, field support, technical problem resolution, spare parts strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. The focus is clear: maximize product uptime, reduce warranty costs, strengthen OEM relationships, and build a scalable service infrastructure aligned with business growth.
Key impact areas include:
• Establishing robust service policies, SLAs, and warranty frameworks
• Leading field diagnostics and structured problem-solving (8D, RCA, FMEA, CAPA)
• Driving warranty analytics and cost reduction initiatives
• Building strong feedback loops with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing & Supply Chain
• Developing service documentation, training programs, and standardized processes
• Building and leading a high-performing, customer-centric service organization
We’re looking for a seasoned automotive/EV leader (15–20+ years experience) with deep expertise in EV powertrain systems, OEM customer interface, and field operations within Tier-1 environments.
