Are you a Social Media Whiz with a passion for helping small businesses thrive? Do you speak the language of Reels, organic growth, and customer success ? If so, we want you!

Sulekha.Com is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Executive to be the driving force behind the digital presence of our MSME clients across India.

What You'll Be Doing :

You won't just manage accounts;

you'll be a Digital Growth Partner !

📸 Content Creator : Plan, create, and schedule quick, engaging Reels / Videos and visual content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube .

📈 Strategy & Execution : Manage and maintain customer accounts, executing both organic and paid social media promotions to boost online reach.

🤝 Client Success : Communicate directly with customers via WhatsApp and phone (Multilingual skills in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada are a huge plus!) to understand their goals and share performance reports with actionable insights.

📊 Analysis : Monitor campaign and content performance to ensure real, measurable impact on their business growth.

We Are Looking For :

Strong communication (written & verbal) and a customer-focused mindset.

A Creative Eye for visual storytelling and short-form video content.

Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms, including their paid and organic functionalities.

Familiarity with the latest social media trends, tools, and analytics .

Proven experience in managing social media accounts (freelancers are welcome!).

A Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication or a related field is preferred.
