• Build and maintain AWS Lambda functions and ECS / Fargate tasks for event-driven workloads.
• Improve existing Terraform modules for compliance, cost, reliability, and readability.
• Operate messaging / orchestration with SQS, SNS, Step Functions.
• Design data / workflows around S3 (including event triggers) and DynamoDB.
• Raise our bar on observability (logging, tracing, metrics) across serverless and containers.
• Evolve the architecture as requirements change; keep it simple and stable.
• Ship with GitOps via Azure DevOps pipelines.
• 5-7 years of hands-on professional experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python (intermediate to expert).
• Experience with AWS Lambda, ECS, SQS, SNS, Step Functions, DynamoDB, and S3.
• Working knowledge of Terraform (fixing and improving existing infrastructure code).
• Familiarity with GitOps workflows and deployment pipelines.
• Solid understanding of logging, tracing, and monitoring tools in AWS
