About the role :
This is a target-driven outbound position where performance matters most. You’ll be engaging decision-makers across IT, Manufacturing, HR, and Marketing industries — driving qualified meetings through persistence, strong communication, and smart outreach.
What you’ll do :
Run high-volume cold calling campaigns for US-based mid-market accounts
Execute outbound strategies across calls, email, and LinkedIn
Build early-stage relationships and book qualified meetings
Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach and messaging
What we expect :
2–3 years of proven B2B SDR experience (mandatory)
Hands-on experience running heavy cold calling campaigns
Experience with US-based prospects and time zones
Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
Energy, resilience, and a genuine love for outbound
Compensation : ₹5–6 LPA fixed + performance bonus (OTE ₹7–9 LPA)
