Role Purpose
Designs and develops Adobe Forms (SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe) for transactional output (quotes, invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, etc.) and correspondence, aligned to corporate branding, multilingual needs, and S / 4HANA Output Management (BRF+).
Key Responsibilities
Form Design & Build
- Create interface, context, and form in transaction SFP using Adobe LiveCycle Designer.
- Bind data (CDS / OData / RFC structures), implement scripting (JavaScript / ABAP in interface).
- Implement barcodes, dynamic tables, logos, conditional sections, attachments.
Output Management Integration
Configure S / 4HANA Output Control (OPD), BRF+ decision tables, form templates.Email / print setup, PDF generation, spool handling, Cloud Print Manager (where applicable).Quality & Localization
Multi-language, right-to-left, date / number formats; accessibility (PDF / UA if required).Pixel-perfect brand compliance; prepress / print vendor coordination.Migration & Standardization
Migrate Smart Forms / Adobe legacy templates to S / 4 Adobe Forms.Establish reusable assets : master page sets, style libraries, content fragments.Operations
Troubleshoot output errors, ADS connectivity, performance (template size, images).Manage transport of forms, variant control, versioning.Required Skills / Experience
4–6+ years in SAP forms; 3+ years Adobe Forms (SFP + ADS).Strong in S / 4 Output Management, BRF+, and form data binding.Understanding of S / 4 data models in SD / MM / FI and common output objects.Nice-to-Haves
