We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer who can architect, build, and optimize intelligent systems using modern AI / ML and LLM technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, product managers, researchers, and software engineers, to translate research ideas into production-grade solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in AI model development, LLM fine-tuning, and full-stack integration of AI services. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end model lifecycle, from data preparation to deployment, while ensuring scalability and performance.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI / ML and LLM-based applications for real-world use cases.
• Build and fine-tune large language models (LLMs), multimodal systems, and generative pipelines.
• Collaborate with software and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into live applications.
• Conduct data preprocessing, model evaluation, and optimization for efficiency and accuracy.
• Research and prototype new algorithms, frameworks, and architectures in the AI / ML domain.
• Maintain MLOps pipelines for training, monitoring, and continuous model improvement.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, including data ethics, fairness, and transparency in models.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI Planet’s internal research and innovation culture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in AI / ML engineering or applied machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, OpenAI API, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, Transformers, and Deep Learning architectures.
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Knowledge of data pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure), and MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid grasp of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and inference optimization for generative AI.
• Ability to lead projects independently, communicate clearly, and deliver results in agile sprints.
• Experience with multimodal models (vision + language) or agentic AI systems.
• Prior exposure to AI product development or start-up environments.
• Familiarity with React / Python-based backend integration for end-to-end deployment.
