Roles and Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Develop, lead, and implement a robust admissions strategy aligned with university goals.
- Forecast enrollment trends and define annual admission targets.
- Identify and expand into key domestic and international markets.
- Provide strategic direction for school outreach programs, digital campaigns, and recruitment initiatives.
- Advise senior leadership on market trends, competitor insights, and growth opportunities.
Student Recruitment & Outreach
Lead and manage student recruitment efforts across India and targeted global regions.Build strong networks with schools, junior colleges, coaching institutes, and education consultants.Drive promotional activities such as education fairs, seminars, webinars, career counseling sessions, and campus events.Strengthening lead generation and conversion pipelines through effective engagement strategies.Admissions Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end admissions operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely execution.Supervise application screening, eligibility checks, counseling processes, and enrollment finalization.Collaborate with academic departments to align program-specific admission requirements.Ensure smooth onboarding of selected students, from admission letters to fee processes.Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure adherence to university regulations, government guidelines, and accreditation frameworks.Monitor merit-based and reservation-related admission policies.Maintain updated knowledge of education regulations and compliance requirements.Support documentation, audits, and regulatory reporting.Partnerships & Collaboration
Build and sustain partnerships with schools, education consultants, corporate training bodies, and academic institutions.Work closely with the Marketing, International Relations, and Academic teams for joint initiatives.Represent the university at regional, national, and global education forums.Marketing & Branding Support
Collaborate with the marketing team to design admission campaigns across digital and offline channels.Create region-specific outreach content, brochures, and communication plans.Enhance brand presence through strategic engagement and showcasing academic strengths.Monitoring & Reporting
Track all KPIs related to leads, conversions, partnerships, and market performance.Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual admission reports.Use data analytics to improve strategy, optimize processes, and forecast future requirements.Experience :
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in admissions management, student recruitment, or academic administration within a university / education institution.Proven track record of leading large-scale admissions operations and achieving enrollment targets.Experience in designing and executing recruitment strategies across domestic and international markets.Strong experience working with educational consultants, digital marketing teams, schools, and higher education networks.Knowledge of admission policies, regulatory guidelines, and higher education frameworks.Experience with CRM systems, student lifecycle platforms, and data-driven admissions management.
