We are a trusted name in silent generator manufacturing, known for innovation, reliability, and performance.

Position : Manager – Product & Market Development

Location : Ranchi, Jharkhand

Company : Sharda Diesels Pvt. Ltd. (OEM of Mahindra Powerol)

CTC : Up to ₹10 LPA (based on candidate’s interview performance)

Key Responsibilities :

⚙️ Lead new product development initiatives

Identify and develop business growth opportunities

Work closely with technical and sales teams to drive innovation

Contribute to product strategy and market expansion

Preferred Candidate Profile :

✅ Strong technical and business acumen

✅ Experience in power solutions / generator / engineering sector

✅ Engineering background preferred (added advantage)

✅ Excellent leadership and communication skills
