Key Responsibilities

• Support and track in planning, mitigating risks and executing development and production for EV components.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams to ensure smooth program execution.
• Monitor and track progress of R&D and pilot production projects, maintaining documentation and status reports.
• Facilitate internal meetings and provide updates on deliverables, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Support customer management, including any documentation exchange and milestone tracking.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory / compliance requirements related to EV parts.

Education

○ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Electrical, Electronics, or related fields).

2. Experience :

○ Candidates with up to 3–6 years of relevant experience in sales, technical

support, or related roles.

Skills

○ Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical

and non-technical stakeholders.

○ Aptitude for learning quickly and adapting to new challenges.
