Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Mumbai as Lead – Residential Leasing. The role involves managing the leasing activities, including interacting with prospective tenants and closing leasing deals. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, conducting property tours, ensuring smooth lease administration, handling tenant inquiries, and promoting resident retention. The role also requires maintaining excellent customer service while working collaboratively with the team to meet leasing targets efficiently.

Position : Head / Lead – Residential Leasing, Rentals & Outright

Location : Mumbai (Borivali / Goregaon)

Experience : 10–12 years in Residential Real Estate

Budget : Upto 12 LPA + Incentives + Rewards & Awards

We’re looking for an experienced professional who can lead the leasing, rental and outright portfolio, guide the team, strengthen processes and drive consistent performance.
