Problem Solver : Ability to think critically and creatively to solve technical challenges while maintaining a focus on scalability and efficiency. Collaboration : Ability to work in a collaborative, transparent, and high-paced startup environment. We’re looking for a Junior Python & Django Developer reporting directly to the Head of Product Engineering.
You’ll play a critical role in turning our product vision into reality by building the foundational platform components, shaping our engineering practices, and collaborating closely with the AI Architect and founding team.
What You’ll Do :
- Collaborate with the founding team to design and build core product features from the ground up.
- Help develop scalable, robust, and maintainable systems using Django, PostgreSQL, and other core technologies.
- Work closely with AI engineers to integrate state-of-the-art Voice AI technologies.
- Contribute to product ideation and innovation, taking a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Play a key role in setting up best practices for development, deployment, and team collaboration.
