Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Engineer based in Bengaluru. The Safety Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and investigating incidents. Additionally, the Safety Engineer will develop training programs and promote a culture of safety within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with safety protocols, risk assessments, and compliance with safety regulations
• Ability to investigate incidents and develop preventative measures
• Proficiency in designing and implementing training programs
• Strong knowledge of safety management systems and relevant legislation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
• Certifications such as CSP, NEBOSH, or similar are a plus
• Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry is beneficial
