Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Senior Executive Human Resources. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and implementing HR policies. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with different departments, handling employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Additionally, the role requires strategizing with senior management for organizational development and managing staff welfare programs.

• Strong experience in Recruitment and Employee Relations
• Skills in Performance Management and HR Policy Implementation
• Proficiency in Labor Law Compliance and Organizational Development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proven experience in a senior HR role within a similar industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
