SRE - DevOps and Observability

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage AKS-based Kubernetes clusters (multi-tenant, namespace isolation).
• Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using FluxCD and Helm.
• Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Build and operate observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo) and integrate with external tools (Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana Cloud).
• Implement application observability and Real User Monitoring (RUM) to improve client experience.
• Automate CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and optimize build / deployment flows.
• Ensure secure platform operations (RBAC, secrets, TLS / mTLS, Azure Key Vault).
• Collaborate with SRE / Support engineers to troubleshoot production issues.
• Mentor other engineers on observability, incident response, and reliability practices.

Requirements

4–8 years of QA experience, with at least 3+ years in Asset & Wealth Management domain. Strong knowledge of financial products : equities, fixed income, mutual funds, ETFs, derivatives, structured products, etc. Understanding portfolio management, order execution, settlement, custody, compliance, and client reporting processes. Experience in manual testing (functional, regression, integration, and UAT). Good exposure to API testing (Postman, SoapUI, REST / SOAP services). Familiarity with SQL / database queries for data validation. Exposure to tools such as JIRA, ALM, QC, or TestRail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business users. Good to Have (Optional) Basic automation testing exposure (Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent). Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner). Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology. ISTQB or similar QA certification.
