🚀 Project Manager – US Business | Bangalore (Onsite)

Location : Bangalore | Work Mode : 5-day office (Monday–Friday)

Shift : 1 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM IST (US hours)

Experience : 5–8 years

We are hiring for one of our esteemed clients , a pioneer Conversational AI company transforming collections with omnichannel GenAI-powered assistants .

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager – US Business to lead strategic client engagements within the US collections and financial services portfolio. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll own the end-to-end client journey—from onboarding to expansion—ensuring exceptional delivery and measurable business outcomes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and enterprise clients, driving adoption of cutting-edge Voice AI and GenAI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

During Solutioning

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Design and propose custom solutions aligned with client objectives.

During Onboarding

  • Lead kickoff meetings and manage coordination across client stakeholders, vendors, and tech teams.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, document requirements, and execute rollout plans.
  • Lead solution and prompt engineering teams to develop custom AI bots suited to client policies and processes.
  • During Activation

  • Conduct performance reviews with clients to optimize campaign performance using data insights.
  • Monitor SLAs and proactively address performance or delivery gaps.
  • During Expansion

  • Lead quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders.
  • Identify and drive upsell / cross-sell opportunities for account growth.
  • What We’re Looking For

    Essential Experience

  • 5–8 years of project management experience , ideally in collections or financial services .
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-value enterprise client relationships .
  • Strong stakeholder management , escalation handling , and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience with API integrations and basic technical troubleshooting .
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with collections technology stack (CRMs, campaign management tools, payment gateways).
  • Exposure to Voice AI , Conversational AI , chatbot implementations , or SaaS / CPaaS projects.
  • Experience with AI / ML solutions in financial services.
  • Background in consulting and strong understanding of collections workflows and best practices .
