Job Title : Sr Java Developer Role

Location : Kharadi, Pune, MH

Employment Type : Full-time

• NO Freshers and Candidates with 30 days and above Notice Period will not work

Required Skills & Experience

8 to 12 years of IT experience with strong background in Java backend development.

Deep expertise in Java 8+, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.

Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud :

Azure App Services, AKS, Azure Functions

Cloud-native development (not just migration)

CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

Strong understanding of

data structures, algorithms, and system design .

Knowledge of

cloud security principles

and regulatory requirements.

Experience in

large-scale modernization programs

(AS400 to Java migration preferred).

Proven ability to act as a

technical SME

while remaining hands-on in coding (~60% contribution).

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
