Role : HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner will support specific BU's within the organization. Plays an essential role in establishing and driving HR programs, talent initiatives, implement policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as a Change Management agent, supporting organizational / cultural changes.

Critical / analytical thinking : Act as an Advisor, seeking information and using that information to inform decision and resolve problems.

Executing tactical and strategic HR functions and processes.

Provide guidance to business unit managers and development of strategies / recommendations to improve associate engagement satisfaction.

Develop reports and dashboards on key HR metrics to provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Oversee HR operations, including payroll and benefits administration

Qualifications :

Educational background :

Any graduate

Experience :

7 to 9 years of professional experience in HR Business partner / HR Generalist with payroll and Operations.

Good knowledge of organizational development tools and solid experience on roll outs. Change management and implementation

Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
