Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities include developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves training team members, managing sales processes, and collaborating with other departments to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and meet targets
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance performance and productivity
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
