Job descriptionEssential : MBA in Finance from a premier Tier-I college or university. Preferred : CA Develop, maintain, and enhance comprehensive financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning. Build dynamic financial frameworks to evaluate investments, profitability, and cost structures. Conduct market sizing and opportunity analysis for new and existing business verticals. Assess competitive positioning, industry benchmarks, and demand projections. Drive financial forecasting and variance analysis to monitor actual performance against strategic goals. Prepare periodic financial reports, MIS, and dashboards summarizing key performance indicators. Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses to evaluate financial and operational risks under varying assumptions. Support management with actionable insights for decision-making under uncertain market conditions. Conduct risk assessments for projects, business cases, and investment proposals. Support investment appraisals, due diligence, and business case evaluations to ensure sound financial governance. Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with operational outcomes. Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives and process improvements. Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and ratio analysis. Expertise in financial modeling, market forecasting, and sensitivity analysis. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analytics tools (Power BI, SAP, ERP preferred). Ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders. High attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical rigor in financial reporting. Strong problem-solving and decision-support capabilities.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support the company’s strategic and financial planning functions. The role involves developing financial models, conducting market sizing and forecasting, and performing in-depth sensitivity and risk analyses to guide business decisions for defense projects. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
