Job description

Key Planning and Analysis (FP&A) :

  • Partner with business leaders to drive strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Provide analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and present actionable financial insights to support key business decisions.

Business Partnering :

  • Work alongside departmental heads to ensure financial alignment with business goals.
  • Offer financial insights for business decisions, investments, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by translating complex financial information into clear, concise business advice.

    • Management Reporting :

  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Provide in-depth financial analysis and forecasting reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

    • Cost Management :

  • Assist in cost management and efficiency improvements across the organization.
  • Track and analyze expenses, ensuring adherence to budget and highlighting areas for potential savings.

    • Decision Support :

  • Support the business in making data-driven decisions by offering financial perspectives.
  • Evaluate the financial viability of business projects, product launches, and expansion opportunities.

    • Business Insights and Strategic Support :

  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives, providing financial insights into new business opportunities.
  • Identify financial risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
  • Recommend business process improvements to enhance financial controls and operational efficiency.

    • Cross-Functional Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to support financial processes, from recruitment and staffing decisions to IT investments.

  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax advisors, for necessary financial compliance and reporting.

    • Required Qualifications :

  • Proven experience (8-10 years) in finance, accounting, or business partnering roles, preferably within a corporate or dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, business strategy, and financial modeling.
  • Proficient in financial software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    • Desirable Attributes :

  • Ability to engage effectively at all levels of the business, from operational staff to senior executives.
