Junior Content Specialist

Job descriptionExceptional written communication and storytelling skills. Impeccable grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Ability to research and craft compelling, customer-centric content. Understanding SEO and e-commerce content practices is a plus. Attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Creativity combined with a strategic mindset. Familiarity with AI content tools and A / B testing methodologies. Experience with CMS platforms Portfolio of writing samples (academic, blogs, or creative work). Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Graduate or college student with relevant skills (freshers are welcome).
Key Responsibilities
- Write clear, simple, and persuasive content that promotes Frido’s mission and increases conversion rates on PDPs and LPs.
- Conduct in-depth research on customer feedback, reviews, and market trends.
- Publish and repurpose existing customer reviews across websites and marketplaces.
- Plan and execute A / B tests by plotting the right reviews at the right places to improve conversion.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to maintain consistency in brand voice, style, and messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and content best practices.
