Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage branding and marketing projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, stakeholders, and clients while delivering projects on time, within scope, and aligned with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project management for branding and marketing initiatives
• Plan, track, and monitor project deliverables, budgets, timelines, and milestones
• Coordinate with internal teams including designers, content creators, and marketing specialists and plan their bandwidth.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication, ensuring clarity and satisfaction
• Handle stakeholder management, including regular updates and expectation alignment
• Prepare and share progress update reports with internal teams and clients
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; propose solutions proactively
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards
