Front-of-House Associate — Caffix Café

About the Role :

We’re looking for a polite, energetic, people-friendly individual to be the face of Caffix. You'll greet guests, manage orders on Petpooja, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure smooth café service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat customers with a warm, friendly attitude
• Handle dine-in, takeaway & delivery orders on Petpooja
• Guide customers through the menu and answer queries
• Coordinate with kitchen & barista for timely order flow
• Maintain cleanliness & order at service counters and tables
• Support billing, packaging & customer requests
• Assist with managing reservations and table flow
• Help with basic café tasks as needed (water service, table reset, etc.)
