The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workflow logic, triggers, conditions, loops, and error handling. They will work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, identify automation opportunities, and translate them into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Design and Implementation : Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate (Flow) to support business operations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, identify automation opportunities, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integration and Customization : Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Azure services. Create custom connectors and leverage Power Apps.
- Workflow Optimization : Monitor and optimize existing flows for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Documentation and Support : Document workflow designs, configurations, and user guides for internal teams. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation-related issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong understanding of workflow logic, triggers, conditions, loops, and error handling.Experience with Power Automate (Flow) and ability to design and implement automated workflows.Collaboration skills to work closely with stakeholders and analyze requirements.Ability to integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Azure services.Knowledge of Power Apps and custom connector development.Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues.
