Job Summary :

Adani New Industries Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Safety Officer to join our WTG Manufacturing unit in Mundra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety, with specific experience in heavy lifting operations. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with safety standards and fostering a culture of safety across the site.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with company and statutory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure safe lifting practices in heavy equipment operations.
• Supervise and guide site teams on safety protocols during construction and manufacturing activities.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for workers and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory safety standards.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure safety is integrated into all phases of the project.
• Maintain safety documentation and records as per audit requirements.
