Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct live online / offline Physics mentoring sessions for IIT-JEE & NEET aspirants.
  • Provide personalized 1 : 1 or small-group academic support to students.
  • Analyze students' strengths, weaknesses, and progress, providing actionable academic feedback.
  • Prepare, assign, and evaluate subject-wise practice materials and mock tests.
  • Address student queries, clarify doubts, and ensure conceptual clarity in Physics topics.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to contribute to session planning and academic reporting.
  • Maintain regular student performance records and share insights with academic operations.

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in teaching / mentoring Physics for IIT-JEE and NEET .
  • Strong subject knowledge of Physics for Class 11 & 12 CBSE, and competitive entrance exams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentorship skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage students effectively.
  • Flexible and committed to a 5-hour daily schedule (6 days a week).

  • Starting pay : ₹15,000 per month
  • Post-probation pay revision based on performance and student feedback
  • Opportunity for future full-time conversion or senior mentorship roles based on merit.
