We Are Hiring : Freelance Corporate Legal Subject Matter Expert (Remote – Flexible Hours)

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Legal Expert (Freelancer) who can support us in reviewing and validating our SaaS-based legal product. The ideal candidate must have strong domain expertise in Corporate Legal , with specialization in at least one area such as Manufacturing Legal, Healthcare Legal, or Real Estate Legal .

This is a remote, part-time freelance engagement , where you can contribute during your convenient time , making it ideal for working professionals or consultants.

Role Overview

As a Freelance Corporate Legal SME, you will work closely with our product and engineering teams to analyze, evaluate, and validate legal workflows within our SaaS platform. Your expertise will help ensure the product meets industry standards, follows compliance guidelines, and is usable for real-world legal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Review & Analysis

Review the SaaS legal product workflows, forms, and compliance features.

Validate legal logic, contract structures, and domain-specific governing rules.

Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or compliance risks within the product.

Provide expert guidance in Corporate Legal , with specialization in :

Manufacturing Legal

Healthcare Legal

Real Estate Legal

(Experience in any one area is acceptable)

Offer insights to improve product accuracy and industry applicability.

Collaborate with product managers and developers to refine features.

Provide documentation, feedback reports, and domain-based clarifications.

Work remotely with flexible timing .

Attend virtual discussions when needed for requirement understanding.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Corporate Legal domain.

Strong knowledge of at least one specialized legal category (Manufacturing / Healthcare / Real Estate).

Experience reviewing or working with legal tech products , SaaS tools, compliance software, or workflow automation—preferred.

Excellent understanding of contracts, regulations, documentation, and compliance guidelines.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to explain legal workflows to non-legal technical teams.
