Responsibilities (Primary Functions) :
- Gather, analyze, and transform large sets of employee feedback data into actionable insights using SQL, Python, AWS etc.
- Develop and automate advanced visualizations in Qualtrics, AWS to display engagement metrics, pulse survey results, and other key indicators.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to identify trends and recommend strategies for improving employee experience.
- Validate survey health metrics and ensure data integrity.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to HR leaders and stakeholders.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications) :
7-10 years of relevant experience in analytics or HR technology.Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or information systems.Technical Competencies :
Proficiency in SQL, Python, AWS, and Qualtrics dashboards.Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on people and process.Behavioral Competencies :
Lead initiatives with high accountability, create a collaborative environment with a solution-based approach.Serve as a trusted advisor and mentor for the team offering technical advice.Ability to communicate with precision, engaging team and stakeholders to build trust and reliable working relationships across cross-functional teams and geographies enabling organizational alignment.Ability to set priorities with the team by understanding interdependence, inspiring team members with consistent focus, quality output, and timelines.Constantly keep oneself updated on current technology & trends to drive innovative decisions through piloting forward-thinking approaches to complex problems in one’s own area of work.Inquisitive to understand customer priorities and business challenges while creating value for technical solutions.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience designing and developing Qualtrics dashboards and workflows.Passion for creating data-driven solutions that enhance employee engagement.Resourceful and collaborative team player.
