Qualification : BE / B.Tech

Experience : 4-6 Years in building construction

Roles & Responsibilities : -

• Review the plan and prepare quantity needs
• Preparing Bill as per quantity Calculation as approved drawing.
• Prepare final bill certificate to client and contractor
• Checking Bill of Quantities (BOQ) & bill with item rates
• Checking, Preparing and processing subcontractor Bill with client.
• Coordinating with client and contract team for billing and
• Knowledge of reconciliation of material and consumption as per SAP
• Knowledge of special interior items
• Preparing of reconciliation report in coordination with store team and site installation report.
