Technical Product Manager (Integrations)

This role will be part of the Identity Governance and Administration product team. We are looking for an experienced and technically adept Product Manager to lead our product integrations this role you will work closely with various stakeholders to develop a roadmap and execution plan to develop an impactful high-quality integration experience that enables our customers success. This role will be suitable for someone who enjoys solving technically challenging problems to deliver tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior product leaders to implement the product roadmap with a focus on application integrations and connectivity with third-party platforms.
• Define clear product requirements epics user stories and acceptance criteria to guide engineering teams in delivering high-quality solutions.
• Partner closely with engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure timely scalable and robust delivery of features.
• Work within an agile environment actively participating in sprint planning backlog refinement daily stand-ups demos and retrospectives.
• Conduct product demos for internal stakeholders and customers showcasing product capabilities and new features.
• Engage with sales solutions engineering and customer success teams to understand customer use cases and translate them into product requirements.
• Drive product integration initiatives by enabling seamless connectivity with applications platforms and services through APIs and related technologies.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from customers and internal teams to continuously improve product offerings.
• Develop and maintain clear product documentation specifications and training materials to support adoption and customer success.
