Channel Engagement Manager – Bangalore (On-site)

📍 Location : Bangalore – Work from Test Center

💰 Compensation : Budget upto 11 LPA

🕒 Work Mode : On-site | Flexibility for weekends & extended hours

About the Role

We are looking for a Channel Engagement Manager to lead and manage test center operations and partner relationships across assigned locations. This role ensures operational excellence, compliance, performance management, and a seamless testing experience through strong coordination, documentation, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement.

Eligibility & Skills Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business / management or equivalent.
  • 3–4 years’ experience in operations, partner / vendor management, or client support roles.
  • Strong understanding of SOP-driven operations, compliance, and audits.
  • Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint with analytical reporting ability.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, process-focused, and able to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Willing to travel and comfortable with extended or weekend work when required.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi & Kannada.
