Job Description

We are seeking a Security Engineer (L2) with 5+ years of experience in enterprise security operations. The candidate will provide L2-level support for Checkpoint and Palo Alto firewalls , assist in policy implementation, perform basic troubleshooting, and ensure stable security operations across enterprise or data center environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for Checkpoint and Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, and other security devices.
• Assist in firewall rule configuration, NAT, security zones, and access control policies .
• Monitor security alerts and incidents , escalating critical issues to L3 / L4 teams.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis under guidance of senior engineers.
• Maintain security documentation, runbooks, and SOPs .
• Collaborate with network, infrastructure, and application teams for secure operations.
• Support firewall upgrades, patching, and change management activities .
• Ensure compliance with security policies and operational standards .
