We're seeking a Motion Graphic Designer who excels at storytelling through movement. You'll create engaging videos, brand animations, and visual stories that help people understand our mission — not just see it.

You'll design and animate motion graphics for brand videos, explainers, and social content. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to bring ideas to life through animation. Edit and repurpose content for different platforms (Reels, YouTube).

Maintain brand consistency while adding your own creative spark. Experiment with styles, transitions, and storytelling formats to keep things fresh.

• 3 years of experience in motion design, animation, or video editing.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion tools.
• A strong sense of timing, rhythm, and emotional storytelling.
• The ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
• A creative eye — and the curiosity to explore new formats.
