Assistant Vice President, Commercial Loan Solutions

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Loans with strong expertise in Working Capital and Loan Against Property (LAP) . The ideal candidate will drive business growth, manage key client relationships, and ensure high-quality credit assessment and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Working Capital and LAP loan portfolio.
• Source new business through direct channels, connectors, and relationship networks.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, credit evaluation, and due diligence for loan proposals.
• Structure deals, negotiate terms, and ensure timely closure of cases.
• Collaborate with credit, legal, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth processing.
• Monitor portfolio performance, early warning signals, and delinquency management.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver superior customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
