Surbana Jurong Group, a Singapore-based global consultancy firm, is seeking an experienced Design Manager for the prestigious Amaravati Capital City Development Project .

Key Responsibilities :

Review and approve design drawings and documents submitted by contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes.

Coordinate and oversee design-related activities for infrastructure works including roads, water supply, drainage, and utilities.

Ensure timely design deliverables aligned with construction schedules and project milestones.

Interact with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve design issues and facilitate approvals.

Monitor design changes and their impact on cost, quality, and time; propose value engineering wherever feasible.

Requirements :

B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure design, particularly in water supply, roads, and urban infrastructure projects.

Proven experience in reviewing and validating contractor design / drawings in PMC or consultancy roles.

Familiarity with national standards, construction practices, and multidisciplinary coordination.
