Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Role Summary :

As the AI Engineer, you are at the heart of the product. You will design and implement the core intelligence of our platform using cutting-edge agent frameworks. Your primary focus will be on prompt engineering and building the multi-step AI workflows that analyze user documents and generate strategic insights, scenarios, and uncertainties.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement AI-powered agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.

Develop the AI agents responsible for key features : SWOT analysis (UC11), uncertainty generation (UC14), and scenario creation (UC16).

Engage in rapid iteration of prompt engineering to ensure the highest quality, most relevant AI-generated outputs.

Collaborate closely with the Backend Engineer to define API contracts and integrate the AI services into the main application.

Test and validate the performance and reliability of the AI agents.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLMs and agentic AI frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience :

Strong professional experience in Python for AI / ML development.

Hands-on, project-based experience with LangChain and / or LangGraph is essential.

Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and experience integrating with them (e.g., OpenAI API).

Proven expertise in prompt engineering and crafting effective instructions for LLMs.

Experience building and deploying AI models or services.

A pragmatic, results-oriented mindset, with the ability to move quickly and find the simplest path to a powerful solution.
