Ltd. is hiring CRM Executives (Work From Home) to manage and nurture our growing customer base. We’re looking for energetic, sincere, and tech-savvy team members who can ensure a seamless customer experience from the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle customer calls through Exotel IVR system .

Communicate professionally via our WhatsApp Business Verified Device .

Send updates, follow-ups, and official communication using Google Workspace email .

Maintain and update customer records through Google Forms and Google Drive .

Use Microsoft Excel / Word on Microsoft Work Account (365 Business Standard License) for reports, documentation, and analysis.

Provide timely updates on customer queries, issues, and resolutions.

Requirements :

Prior experience in customer support, CRM, or telesales preferred.

Good spoken and written communication in Hindi and English .

Proficiency in using Gmail, Google Forms, Google Sheets / Drive, and MS Office.

Laptop / Desktop with a good internet connection and a quiet work environment.

Self-motivated, organized, and dependable with daily work tracking habits.
