Lead - Python Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities :

• Develop and test applications by applying relevant software craftsmanship principles and meeting the acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding and experience with Python and ReactJS (Fullstack development).
• Build scalable, maintainable, and testable components with high quality code.
• Contribute actively in Agile and IT craftsmanship ceremonies.
• Deliver components and features end-to-end, ensuring proper design practices.
• Implement and optimize Asynchronous jobs (Celery, Airflow).
• Design and integrate databases and schemas, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Develop and implement APIs (REST, GraphQL) using industry standards.
• Apply Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), High-Level Design (HLD), and design patterns for solving complex problems.
• Integrate and manage messaging queues (SQS, RabbitMQ).
• Set up and maintain CI / CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Run and support applications in production, performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with data pipeline standards, storage, and metadata management.
