Job descriptionComputer knowledge : Intermediate or advance knowledge of computer Hardware and Software Operating Systems : Intermediate knowledge of computer OS both Windows and Mac and Mobile OS Android and iOS Networking : Intermediate knowledge of networking Education : Under Graduation / Graduation Experience : Experience – Fresher or Experience both can apply (BPO and Service industry experience preferred) Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written English communication is a must. Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts. Good computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools). Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively. Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.

Shift Timings : Night Shift / Rotational Shifts (as per international time zones)
Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our international customer service team. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for resolving queries from global clients via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities :
- Include responsibility for providing technical troubleshooting over the phone for Intermedia customers globally
- Specify handling of basic technical assistance calls related to telecom, VoIP, networking and communications
- Add the following under required competencies :
- Basic networking knowledge
- Intermediate knowledge of computers (software and hardware)
