Position Overview :

We’re looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for hiring, and a keen eye for identifying great talent.

Key Responsibilities :

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles.

Manage the complete recruitment cycle — job posting to offer rollout.

Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate relationships.

Build and update a strong tech talent pipeline.

Work on job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn , and other platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• ️ 0–2 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• ️ Excellent communication & coordination skills
• ️ Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools
• ️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setup
• ️ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
