REQUIREMENT
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management from a recognised Institute
Having a minimum of 2 plus years of experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Well-versed in health and hygiene standards
Keen attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks and maintaining records
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes prepared in their section, and contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and ensure strict adherence to the HACCP standards
Minimize wastage and ensure the efficient utilization of equipment at all times.
Maintain optimal par stock levels by accurately managing inventory, placing orders, and retrieving supplies as needed.
Ensure, implement and enforce safety procedures, on safe kitchen practices.
Control food costs by developing and utilizing SOPs while maintaining high-quality standards.
