Job Summary :

An Academic Counsellor helps students navigate their educational journey by providing guidance on academic planning, course selection, career opportunities, and personal development. They assess students' interests, strengths, and goals to support informed decision-making about education and career paths.

Key Responsibilities :

Student Guidance & Support :

Advise students on course selection, degree programs, and career opportunities.

Career & Educational Counseling :

Help students explore career options based on their skills and interests.

Academic Performance Monitoring :

Track students' academic progress and suggest improvement strategies.

Personal Development & Well-being :

Offer advice on time management, study techniques, and stress management.

Parental & Institutional Communication :

Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school administrators to ensure student success.
