Inside Sales – Alumni Relations (MBA, 1–3 Years Exp., ₹7–8 LPA)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive alumni engagement through active outreach, networking, and regular communication via calls, emails, and social platforms.
- Strategically manage the alumni database and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of interactions and opportunities.
- Support relationship-building by organizing online alumni events, webinars, and networking sessions.
- Leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the alumni network.
- Act as a bridge between alumni and institutional teams, gathering feedback and channeling queries to relevant stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly targets for engagement and business development initiatives through effective inside sales techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications
MBA (full-time) in Business, Marketing, or equivalent from a recognized institute.1–3 years’ experience in inside sales, business development, or alumni relations.Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn outreach, and data entry.Ability to work independently as well as within a team.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.Preferred Skills
Experience in ed-tech, education management, or similar sectors.Experience conducting online events / webinars.Skill in content creation, newsletter coordination, or alumni communications.Compensation
Annual CTC : ₹7–8 lakhs, plus performance-based incentives.
