- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality engineering.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in quality tools and techniques, including statistical analysis and process control.
