The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Learning and Development should have :
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in learning and development roles within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of venture capital or private equity sectors.
- Ability to design and implement effective training programmes tailored to organisational needs.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and other training tools.
